Cost of cruising

Does anyone have a general idea of the range of prices for a 7-day cruise through DVC? I was thinking of using points for 1 adult and 1 child and then pay for 1 adult 2 children, or some combination of that. I know the prices are specific to when the cruise is, but I am just looking for a general idea of what they run.

It all depends on what type cabin (Catagory 4-11), and what season you are traveling. For a 7 day it will range from 131 pts(Value season-catagory 11) for an adult, to 243 pts for a catagory 4 with veranda.If you look on page 70 of the new Members Guide book you will see the point differences.

Thnaks. I was actually more interested in $$ cos if splitting ressie btwn points and cash. It would be a Cat. 4.

Neighbors are going 7/26 - 8/02/2003.

Adult is $1312.00
Child is $ 742.00

Don't remember which catagory think it might be 10 or 11.

At that rate I would be better off buying more points and use them for the cruise! (and then have them for future use)!
