What kind of costs are we looking at?
We have a single family, 2 story home that is approx 2,400sq ft + a basement that is approx 1,200 sq ft in the Chicago area.
Our heat is natural gas.
We also have central air conditioning. I'm not sure if that has to be replaced at the same time or if we can do that at a later time.

)but I'm sure it would have been a lot more if we had to pay for labor. I have a feeling that we'll be needing a new furnace soon so I'm trying to get an idea. This one is original to the house and the house is about 23-24 years old.
