Just wanted to let you know that my daughter used their vouchers for Universal, without any problem. I was very impressed with the customer service your company provided. When the kids called and was told they had to pick up their transportation tickets at the airport, they got a little worried. It seems this is no different than misinformed CM's at Disney. Call 5 times and get different answers. Thanks so much for your excellent service. Connie Greene
