Several choices, depending on time, park hours, and availability of buses:

• Absolute quickest way is drive or taxi. It's less than 5 minutes.
• Bus to AK, then transfer to AKL bus.
• Bus to early Extra Magic Hour park, then transfer to AKL bus.
• Bus to Blizzard Beach, then transfer to AKL bus.

The Blizzard Beach bus would be the most unreliable as there are not a lot of folks catching the bus from BB to any resort at that time of morning.

Depending on how early your reservation is, it just may not be practical to rely on WDW transportation to get from resort to resort. You can get to the parks early--especially one that has EMH--but there are very few, if any, buses running from parks back to resorts at that time. You may get lucky and find a driver who is heading back to AKL to collect passengers there or one who is willing to drop you there, but there's a chance you could be left standing at the bus depot. Eventually you would find a way to AKL, but maybe not in time for your ADR.

I'm a big supporter of using Disney transport, but for early morning resort-to-resort transfers I would recommend just taking a cab.

Actually, there are lots of guests transferring at AK for breakfast at Boma. You should have no trouble making a connection there to AKL within 15 minutes.

Actual time on both buses will only be about 20 mins., but leave an hour before the reservation in case you have the maximum wait time.
