Did my 10 day online check in this morning! Yay!!!
Ok, so I already put the request for Ranchos/top floor. We are wanting to do online check in. I want to also request "close to bus stop". Will that cancel out my existing requests, or will they look at all of them and try to give us all 3 requests?
Also, I read that you can request a microwave (not a guarentee, I know). But when I called, they said they didn't think CSR does microwaves, but she would put the request in for us anyway. So do they or don't they even have microwaves? We have a 9 month old and need a way to warm up her bottles.

Is there a charge for the microwave?
No; but as I posted in previous post, it is first come, first served when you are literally standing at registration and checking in.
So when checking in simply inquire if there are any microwaves available and if there are they will deliver it to your room no charge?
Don't give-up. Room-only reservations can be canceled up to five days prior to arrival without penalty. I would recommend that you keep trying at least up to five days prior to your arrival. It just takes one cancellation and good timing to get that extra night up front that you need.

I GOT IT!! Finally, a room opened for check in the day before our original ressie started. I am so excited. Perseverance pays off...we have the dates we want and almost all of the ADRs we want (5 character meals, including CRT & Akershus at the perfect times!). 3 days..and we are there!!![]()

We leave TOMORROWfor a 7 night stay at CSR. I'm so excited, I keep looking at pictures and I just can't wait to see the resort lit up at night. It looks so peaceful and romantic. Thanks KatMark for all your hard work and information!!

Re the fan: I don't know if this keeps the fan on all the time or just keeps the room cool all night, but here are the instructions I got for bypassing the movement sensors:
On the termostat, push the power button and the down arrow (button that adjusts the temp) at the same time. If you do this correctly, you will see the letters "bp" where the temp normally shows. You are now bypassing the sensors in the room. You can tehn set the temp to whatever you want and it keeps the room that cold whether you're there or not. You might have to do this once a day as the termostat tends to go back to sensor mode after 24 hours.
I hope it adjusts the fan, too - I don't need the noise, but the fans turning off, so suddenly there's no noise, is what wakes me up!
Just did my 10 day check in! I've already asked for Cabanas, so I'm really hoping I get it! Since I don't have to worry about the bus (we're renting a car this time), I don't care if it's the last bus stop!

Yes, it can be set to either on or auto.
Also, if you go to the first page of this thread, you can find the instructions on how to bypass the sensor.

Hi everyone! Just wondering if someone could tell me if all of the sections of CSR have their own beach area, or just the Cabanas section. I really love the look of the Casitas area but if I decide to stay at CSR (DH wants to stay at CBR) I'd like to be near a beach area with hammocks! Thanks!
