I noticed on my intinerary that our room says "limited view." What does this mean? Any idea from that comment where we might be staying?

Just curious!

Could mean a room with hedges or a tree blocking your view. :confused3

I've gotten the same confirmation and I have a building request attached to my ressie. This is my 1st stay at CSR, so I'm sure someone who has actually stayed there could tell us, but I think it just means we didn't book a waterview room... :confused3

I hope it's a better view than what we had ... part view of the parking lot and full view of the side of the building across from ours.

Hmm when we booked for next week, our choice was standard or water view. I must go check my intinerary.

We just got back Wednesday, we had a standard view room 1141. Our online confirmation said "limited view". We wanted to be close to the food and handicapp parking. The HC parking space was right outside our building and we just had to walk thru 2 couryards to get to the food. Not bad at all. The Pepper Market was crowded for breakfast, so we ate in Maya Grill. We used the DDE card at Maya, it was not good at PM. Food was good, and we got cooked to order eggs.

Remember, as a moderate resort, the "views" aren't the same as from a balcony at a deluxe. The only window in your room is next to the front door and looks out onto an exterior hallway where people walk by. Your only 'view' is if you go to the window and stand up next to it, then you can see your view. We paid for a "water" view when we stayed at CSR last March and it really was silly to have to pay extra for something like that. When we are in our room, we like privacy and don't want people walking by our room to be able to see us in our room, so we closed the shades for the most part. We could have paid less and stayed in the same exact room around the corner. We still would have had the same view as we walked to the elevator in the morning.
