Coronado Springs Completely Booked...

for the first two weeks in August 2005. My BIL and SIL tried to book their trip for the first two weeks in August and was told that the resort was booked to capacity due to a Billards (sp) Conventions. DH and I put our reservations in back in October and had no problems. We later found out through our TA's that someone booked the convention and wanted every single room available during that time frame. Dh and I are wondering where will that leave us? DH works in hotel management and said if the CSR is booked to capacity, then it's probably over sold. When we check in on August 5th will Disney move us to another resort if they are over sold, what will happen?

If they are oversold, it will work in your favor. This will be their fault and due to the hassle, they will most likely upgrade you to a deluxe!
