Coronado Breakfast with Allergies

We have stayed at other moderates where the food court was able to make eggs and waffles or pancakes with no dairy and wondered how Coronado is with handling allergies for breakfast at the places they have there as we are considering a stay in 2026. Thank you!

Some of the restaurants at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort like Rix Sports Bar & Grill and Siesta’s are operated by third party companies not affiliated with Disney. Thus, the handling of allergens may be slightly different from what Disney typically does.

El Mercado de Coronado and Three Bridges are operated by Disney so their allergen protocol typically used in parks will apply at those restaurants.

El Mercado is not Disney operated. The new establishments such as Barcelona, Three Bridges and Toledo are Disney operated. Cafe Rix, Siestas, Lagna Bar, Rix Sports Bar and Grill, El Mercado, and Maya Grill are all run by Palma Restaurant Group, the same vendor that runs the restaurants at the Mexico pavilion at EPCOT and Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs.

And yes, they will make accommodations, just ask.
