Well, today is our big day. The vow renewal was so magical. We got some serious pixie dust. We were supposed to have the ceremony in the office of the pastor, but when we got there, we were taken to the Chapel in the Sky. Everything was just amazing. There are some preview pictures under the same link that I posted before.

Oh my goodness Corinna, that was so magical! What a beautiful ceremony. You looked stunning. Everything came together so nicely. The scenery there is amazing. So happy that your special day turned out to be everything you could of dreamed of. Cannot wait to hear all about it.

We are back and had an absolutely amazing time. I do feel a little like a Zombie at the moment, but will start unpacking and uploading photos tomorrow. I have started to edit my Photopass photos and once the Photopass CD arrives, I will get going on the trip report.

Second...DW and I LOVE your bouquet. Blue roses have a special sentimental meaning to me and we would have loved that for our VR. Unfortunately, DFTW won't cooperate as we have the Memories Collection, but we'll pretend DW's looks just like that one on our day.

That turned out to be one of the issues for me. DFTW proved just to inflexible for my liking which is why we went down another route in the end. I can honestly say that I am glad that we made this decision even though it was pretty painful at the time. I don't think that the VR on DCL as planned would have been half as magical as what we ended up with.

The flowers were a necessity, but I absolutely love them. I had to have an artificial bouquet as the VR was the same day as we got of the ship so fresh flowers would not have been an option. Blue is my favourite colour and I just had to have it when I spotted this on Ebay.
