I am traveling there over Memorial Day weekend. I need to plan a dinner for 34 people. Any suggestions? Looking for a super, fun restaurant. Any other activity ideas?

What kind of food?

As far as activities, you can go on an airboat ride which is not very far from there. Go to the beach.

I live in North Miami beach but my office is in parkland which is very close to coral springs.
