We were there last April and it is the only restaurant that we are doing again this April. When I asked my DD4 if there were any restaurants that she would like to do again, this was her only request! My husband also told me after I had the ADR that he was hoping that we would go there this trip (he has no clue until we get there what we are doing!). We loved it!!

I'm glad to see these responses - especially for lunch! We planned lunch here for my upcoming birthday and I'm really looking forward to it! We picked lunch figuring by dinnertime we'd be out in world showcase somewhere and wouldn't want to trek all the way back. Here's to a great birthday lunch!

I had tried for a dinner reservation there, but failed... I did the Segway World tour on my own one morning, with DW & DD joining me in Epcot around 11... we were all hungry, and I had noticed "limited availability" for lunch while in guest relations earlier, so we just walked up at around 11:30 and asked... told a 10-15 minute wait, within five minutes we were sat down at a "window seat'

The afore-mentioned Blackened Catfish was one of my favorite meals of the trip. Cost was not a factor since we were on the Platinum Plan.

Yes, the Blackened Catfish is my favorite entree at Coral Reef. This is one menu carry-over from the days when they were considered a signature restaurant.......I think most of the menu is very much the same, so I am not sure why they no longer are considered a "signature" venue. With the great menu and atmosphere it seems like a signature to me.......maybe they took it away to generate more DDP traffic when times were slower???
