it was posted that Debbi prefers you call first and talk to someone before sending emails... she is still on vacation at this time
 

Could someone PLEASE PM me Debbie's e-mail address.We live in the UK so because of the time difference/costs etc it is difficult to get to speak to her on the phone.It will be our 25th Wedding Anniversary when we go there in Oct and this would be sooo cool.

Last Tuesday, I called the number posted here for Debbie, who was still on vacation and was directed to another number. I left a message and got a call back within a few hours from Yvette who was very helpful and friendly. The divers were all booked on the day we will be there (during free dining, impossible to switch ressie time) but we will be getting the menu. I'm excited. What a fun surprise for the family!
 
YAHOOOOOOO! I just called and booked the diver for my DBF's birthday in November. I talked to Debbi and she was so helpful (even suggesting cute little phrases for the sign). I was amazed at how friendly and enthusiastic she was, given the number of calls she must get about this!

Now I'm bouncing off the walls with excitement :-)
 
For our date sept 26th they were full for divers, but she did say they could do some personalized menus..Very nice lady..
 
What time of day are you calling? We phoned this morning and left a message and still haven't received a call back. I'm wondering if they don't phone Canadian numbers back....
 
I called around 10:30 am PST, so 1:30 pm EST and Debbi answered. From what I've it can sometimes take her more than a few hours to return the call, depending on how busy she is with other things. I think she's pretty good at returning all calls, though and I don't think there's a restriction on Canadian numbers (that I've read, anyway). Good luck!

Thanks for that info. The thing is, we phoned 3 times earlier in July and left message. We then phoned this morning after hearing that Debbi is back, but we still haven't gotten a call back. With all these successes I'm hearing, I'm starting to take it personally!! On the last call, I made sure to listen to dh on the phone to make sure that he was speaking clearly and leaving all necessary info! We'll try one more time if we don't hear back from this morning's call.

It seems like she's a hard person to get a hold of now that more people know about the diver. I think I read on another post that she was away for most of July. So it could be that she's catching up on all her messages while she was away or she's on the phone with someone else.

I never got a call back on my message, but I ended up calling again. I got ahold of a manager and he was very nice. He took my info about the diver but "couldn't promise anything" on the menu. Then, she called back a few hours later (I didn't know there'd be a follow up.) She told me to send pics to her email for the menu and was SUPER helpful and friendly. Since she just came back from vacation, I would keep trying, but also give her a couple days.

Debbi phoned back today and was as nice as she could be! I'm feeling silly (and guilty) for getting so frustrated! I need to work on that patience thing! ;) Thanks to everyone on this thread for sharing their experiences. I'm so excited now!!!
 
I'm glad she called back!!! Patience is a virtue... one I'm not blessed with, so I'm lucky she picked up the phone when I called ;-) HAVE FUN!
 
We decided to wait and give Debbi a couple days to catch up from her vacation... we called today and left a msg... she called back a few minutes later:woohoo: she set up a diver and the personalized menu:yay: our 7yr old is going to be so surprised:ccat: can't wait til Dec:santa:
 
Did anyone call to confirm before their vacation? I was thinking about calling or emailing Debi to confirm things. Is that necessary??

:confused3 I think I will email to confirm like a week before our vacation, because I sent the pics 5 weeks prior and her asst. responded since Debbi was on vacation. Maybe it's not even necessary though
