Thanks for this info! I phoned CRO earlier this week, and the CM I talked to knew nothing about it. We then phoned the phone number on this thread and left a message. Its been almost a week and no one has returned our call. Should we try again?

When I called last week , I left a message and someone called me back like 2 hours later. They set it all up and marked it in the book for me and our trip is 12/18 . did not look when your trip was but I say call again, you may not get Deb though. I spoke to someone else but they were very helpful to me

Debbi is on vacation for the month of July- she doesn't return (from FRANCE!!) until 7/30. Her assistant is checking her e-mails and returning her calls, but don't be surprised if it takes a little longer than normal. When I talked to her a few weeks ago, she told me about her vacation and to expect some slight delays as her fill-ins aren't used to the deluge of calls, etc. I feel sorry for her assistant- something tells me that her phone rings a lot more often now that the news is out on the DIS!

I wanted to add that I set up the diver and personalized menu with Alicia. She has been wonderful. I don't want everyone to think that Debbie is the only person to talk to. Looking forward to surprising our inlaws for their 50th Anniversary next month!

I just called and left a message for a manager in Debbi's absence, for scheduling a diver's sign for my DH's bday in October. I wish I had found this thread before yesterday! Dinner was full on 10/10 from 4:30-7:20 so we took 7:20 p.m. We'll just have to give DD6 some snacks I guess!
Did somebody on here say that the divers aren't in the tanks at a certain time at night? I can't find the post.

I'll let you know when I hear from a manager!

Divers are not in from 3 to 4 and then they leave at 8.

Alicia just called me back (that was so quick!) and said they do not schedule any dives after 7:30 p.m. She looked up our reservation number and I told her that 7:20 was the earliest ADR I could get for dinner that night and she switched my time to 6:30!! She made a notation in the computer and stated that when we arrived, if it was a bit of a wait at the podium, it was because they were trying to get us next to the tank.

I also asked her about ordering a birthday cake and she said I could call the restaurant directly and not the cake line and they would take care of it! She was SO nice and friendly!!

lucky you!! i also had the same issue b/c our adr was at 630 and i was afraid we might miss the diver sign (b/c we had to wait 15/20 mins till our table was ready) but sure enough he came!! He did our sign and one other and then they left a little bit after 7 but I guess they normally do it during your entree (if u have the ddp) but they did ours before the appetz b/c it was getting late and the other diver w/ours had signs as well to do but it turned out great, same with the menus and my parents were pleasantly surprised with their sign!!

Alicia arranged our diver and menu in April and was wonderful! I also decided I wanted chocolate covered strawberries instead of cake. She said they had never done that but that they could. They did the biggest, yummiest tuxedo strawberries on a decorated plate (I would post a picture, but I am a computer idiot). I think I paid 35$ for the strawberries. She was wonderful and the whole experience was awesome!!

both of these are free, however the divers only go into the tank at certain times (think they stop around 7.30-8pm and these fill up fast). you should call the resteraunt and talk to deb, the manager, she will take your details and for the menu ask that you email some pics (around 4-5). iv got the personalised menu for the first time this year & am quite excited!!

Our adr was at 6PM. and a diver came for our anniversary.

Also my reservation isn't until 7.30pm, Debbi changed it to that, I'm a bit worried now seeing as most people seem to think the diver leaves at 7pm.
