I just sent Debbi an email with the photos and text for our personalized menus. My family is kinda suspicious of why I needed pics of everyone in the family on my computer but oh well. We are going Oct. 5th.

Are you calling the Coral Reef directly? You have to do that and ask for Debbie.

We had both the personalized menus and the diver two weeks ago. It was amazing!

We are scheduled for both the diver and the personalized menus October 6th . I sent Debbi the pictures and she confirmed she received them but I am wondering if I should call and confirm right before we leave? Is that too neurotic?

I was going to call and confirm too but never got around to it. It was ok, everything worked out wonderfully!! So I guess it's not necessary.

The personalized menus were wonderful!!! The diver was cool!! DH was so surprised!!
And..........I got to meet THE Debbi of Coral Reef fame!! She was walking around and came to our table and asked if we'd like a photo of all of us together. I saw her name tag and said "Are you THEE Debbi?? Did you arrange all this?" She said "Tinkerbell did it!!" We laughed and chatted for a few moments. As she left she told DH that I have very powerful friends!!
It was nice to meet her and thank her in person! She's just a sweet in person!

I contacted Debbie Sacleaux at the Coral Reef about a month ago to arrange our personalized menus. She called me back pretty quickly. I sent her 3-4 pictures and the message I wanted printed on them. When we got there Tuesday night, the hostesses couldn't find them. I was told repeatedly they were looking for them, even when I'd finished my meal. They were delivered to my hotel a day or two after we ate there. They're a nice keepsake, but hardly the surprise I'd hoped for when I made arrangments.
