We had bad service, bad food, and rude people. The place is nice but dont get a seat next to the tank unless you want people crowding over you to get pictures. There was a big turtle that settled down right next to our table and we had 4 or 5 people come right up beside our table to take pictures, I dont mean in the aisle next to the table I'm talking right next to us and even pushing their way between us and the table next to us and getting right up next to the glass. One lady even sat her kid down in the empty chair at our table. I had enough and enough, I asked her if she would want me to come and sit at her table while she was trying to have lunch with her family. She looked at me said "well I just want my kid to see the turtle, besides you guys are not even eating yet". The only thing that kept me from exploding was the fact that there were kids around, including my own and I didnt want to ruin anyones good time. She got the hint and left.
The service was not good at all, the worst we had the whole trip. The guy must have been new because I asked him a few questions about the menu and he had no idea, no problem I understand new people dont know everything but he could have said I'm not sure but I'll check on that for ya instead of "gee I really dont know".
The food was not very good either. I had the cod cake, cold and very bland. The grilled mahi-mahi, again hardly warm at all the glaze seemed like it was just poured over the fish after it was grilled, it was not a glaze on the fish. Teh creme brulee was very good though. My wife had the mixed green salad that she said was good and had a grilled chicken dish that she said was good but a little bland. She had the chocolate wave that was really bad, like an old dried out choc. muffin.
