Do I call the main number to set that up, or is there a different one? Also, I saw somewhere they had those special menus? How do I go about setting that up as well? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Call the Coral Reef restaurant directly, not through WDW-DINE.

If you Google it you will find the general number for the restaurant.

Call the restaurant and leave a message for Debbi, one of the managers, with your contact information.
