coral reef- custom menu

I emailed a few weeks back and have never heard anything, is this normal? Do you usually get a confirmation email or anything.

My family would be so surprised and it would add to disney magic.

I am still keeping my fingers crossed.

anyone know if they respond back to requests

Who did you email? Curious as I want to try to arrange one and thought you had to phone?

I had a response in few days. Maybe you should check the email address and try again. Debbie is very busy but will get back to you.

A second email could't hurt.

I was also able to arrange to have the Divers dispay a message.

Can't wait for DW to experience it.:dance3:

I emailed Debbi my pictures this morning and she was back to me within an hour or so. I would definently call or send another email. I've always had good luck getting a fairly quick response with the mindset that she's a very busy and popular person. She's wonderful and I'm sure will do everything in her power to spread a bit more Disney magic.:goodvibes
 

I got a return phone call within the same day. During the return call, she gave me instructions about emailing the pictures. If it's been several days, I would call her again. Good luck!!

you want to call there the restaurant directly and ask to speak to debbie. hen she will eithor take of you over the phone or have u email her. but i think she doesn't her email posted
 
There's a general Coral Reef email address that was posted on another thread recently, or you can phone the Coral Reef and ask for Debbi and then she'll give you her email address and instructions. If you email her directly without having talked to her or getting a message from her, your email will likely just go into the spam folder.

We just had a menu/diver last week, and it was awesome. It was very easy to arrange. I phoned the Coral Reef and left a message for Debbi on her voice mail with my name, phone number, email address, ADR # and request. She emailed me back within a couple of days, and I sent her the pics and wording by return email. She confirmed receipt (I think the same day) and that was it. I didn't need to do anything else. The menu was waiting at the front desk when we checked into the restaurant, and they already had arranged for a tankside table. It was almost effortless, and worked out perfectly!
 
We were 'supposed' to have the customized menu as well as the diver. But, no menu appeared. We did get the diver with the sign though...so better than nothing. We did have to send our server in search of the sign that diver held up though. We had been told we would automatically get it at our table. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of custom menu though..our server said there was no menu there for us. I had emailed our photos as instructed but no menu for us.
 
We are going in less than 2 weeks and I want to suprise my husband with an anniversary diver sign? Or does anybody else have ideas?

she is doing them by a new email address now...it's posted on another thread somewhere....she replied to my email in less than an hour
 
I've called twice now once on Aug 5th and once on Aug 15th. I've never heard anything.

Is there an e-mail we can use?? I'd love to have this for our 10 yr.

I called the Coral Reef # and an automated message gave me this email for "personalized menus". I sent in my request and Debbi responded to me just hours later.

My husband called and spoke with Debbie...call her first. He said she got back to him the next day.
 
I tried calling twice leaving all my info, I've heard nothing. I'll try e-mail and then one more call. After that what will be will be.
