Coral Reef Au Gratin Potatoes

One of the best parts of our meal at Coral Reef this summer were the au gratin potatoes. They were wonderful! We were disappointed to find last week that they no longer serve these. Our waiter told us they change the menu a couple of times a year and they changed their menu up (a little bit) a couple of months ago. I ordered the chicken breast (yum!). It came with a type of pasta dumpling (I can't remember what it was called). I substituted mashed potatoes instead. They were very good. I thought anyone who was a fan of the au gratin potatoes would like to know of the change!

Thank God!!! Sorry to the au gratin lovers but it gags me lol. YAY for mashed potatoes lol!

Au gratin are my favorite, but the mashed were really good!
