Coral Reef ADR was messed up.....

...and they took care of us!!

So here is the story. We booked all of our ADRs to be around 7pm (makes it easy to remember). Well, when we get to Coral Reef they cannot find us, making me wish that I doubled checked our adrs. After pulling out our conf. number, they had us for 1 hour earlier than what we had But, they immediately apologize and say they can get us sat in 15-20 minutes. Well, 25 minutes passes and my DH is getting frustrated, so he goes and asks how much longer, but I could not hear the conversation. When he comes back he does not say anything. Then five minutes later they called our name, and we had a table next to the aquarium When my DH went to ask how much longer, they apologized again for the mix up and said they were getting us a really nice table.

Moral of the story is double check your ADRs. I have heard horror stories of people not getting in at all because they time was a little bit off. We were lucky enough to meet some nice CMs at Coral Reef who took great care of us.

YEAH!! I'm glad the CM's took care of you as well! I've heard some not so flattering stuff on the CR and was a bit concerned with our ADR's. But so far they've been great - we have a diver scheduled to hold a sign up for our 3 kids and they even offered to do the customized menus - which I had never heard of! I've dealt with Deb and Yevett - and they have been "johnny-on-the-spot" about getting back to me!! This is one of my most anticipated dinners while we're there!! Glad to know that you had a good experience!!

FYI: If you're staying at a Disney Resort, you can go to the concierge desk and ask for a print out of all your ADRs. This can also be done at Guest Relations at the Disney Parks and DTD.

It is nice to finally hear something good about CR. Everything I have been reading lately has not been so kind. I was thinking of cancelling our ADR's.
