Copper River Salmon at Narcoosees

New entree at Narcoosees? Menu on Disney web site shows Grilled Copper River Wild King Salmon. Sounds good. Anyone try it? I read that Copper River Salmon is usually available around May-June so maybe this is an old menu? Also wondering if anyone liked the Crispy Whole Snapper.

As far as I know Copper River salmon is available in May-June, not in fall. Although maybe they are not talking about the same seasonal salmon. And there's no printing date on that menu, so I can't check on how old it is.

That salmon dish was added in June-July, and was already off the menu by early August.

I'll have to remember this and find a way to get it next year. We love salmon and will have go find a way to try it.

Artist Point usually serves it as well, when it is available.

Copper river salmon was also on Yachtsman's menu as recently as late August.

Visit Alaska - you can fish for your own on the one and only Copper river! I am from Alaska. Although i would choose copper river reds over Kings ANY day.
