I was surprised to see two cotton robes and slippers in each of the closets. Are these complimentary? My kids immediately claimed them, of course. So, are they complimentary w the Cabin or will I see a charge after check-out? Since they wouldn't want to take them, just wear while here, hoping they're complimentary.

They're not really complimentary, as you would probably see a charge if you took them with you, but they are part of the cabin/your stay for you to enjoy while you're there.

Thanks for the responses. So, if they leave them behind, I'm fine for no additional charges? I would guess the slippers cost less than $5 a pair, so I'd probably not be happy to pay an additional $200 for them.

I called the concierge to ask the same thing. Not complimentary was all I needed to hear... 😢
just pick up the phone and ask the price. See if you can pay in points! 🤔

Just came back from staying at the Cabins... we used the robes and slippers (did not take them with us when we checked out) while staying there and did not incur any charges.

Thanks, Carol. I took your advice, called and was told the slippers are "complimentary". Not sure we might be treated a bit better bc of some issues after we checked in, but Leah w the Front Desk called to verify and told they were definitely complimentary and, if not enough for our party, they would provide additional. I am keeping her name and time of call, though, just in case.

Thanks! I think that must be Cabin policy now.

I guess I can understand the slippers being complimentary as they probably can’t be washed and reused.

Just remember, any replacement costs for the robes would come from DVC dues, so I would assume that is why guests will be charged if they are taken.

Slippers are definitely complimentary, and are more of the 'one time use' variety than real slippers. The robes are for your use while at the resort, but they are not free to take home.

On a separate note, does anyone have a link to the senses spa robe? I'd like to buy one for Christmas and couldn't find it on the shopDisney site.
