You add the IMG code, [*img]http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/mickeysbestbud/goofy4.gif[/img*]

Take away the asterick (*) to get:

Then add the marquee HTML:&ltmarquee>(and you can put text in with the image like this)

</marquee>

And there you go!
