Cool Max at Target!!!

You guys probably already know this but it never hurts for someone that doesn't.

Mary from Mousesavers recommends getting Cool Max socks because the wick moisture away from your feet and when you are walking ALL DAY I'm sure that's important! She also mentions that you can find them at Target so I went to get some today. Great price... 6 pr for 6.99 Hope they work.

I wanted to check out new walking shoes cause I need to buy those too. Anyway, Target carries a brand of women's walking shoe made by Danskin that has Cool Max in the interior and they are only $24.99!!! I didn't have socks on today so I'm gonna go back and get a pair but thought I would pass it along.

Are these socks thick and heavy? I don't want hot feet.

No, the socks are very thin and lightweight. Also very, very soft. I bought one package to try on our upcoming trip and have already put them through the washer/dryer - so far they seem to be well made. Just wish that ProSpirit (Target's brand) also made Cool Max socks for men in the multipacks. Seems strange that they don't. I did find some Wilson brand for men at Ross Dress For Less and bought all they had - just wish I could find a store that stocks them all the time. Happy shopping!

Was gonna get Dh some but could only find small packs (maybe 2pr) plus they were pretty short and I'm not sure if he would wear them that short.

When I go back and buy the shoes, I'll let you guys know how comfy they are.

They have different kinds. I have some of the Cool Max thicker ones. They are nice in the winter. I made the mistake of packing them for WDW last year though and my feet were so hot! They didn't sweat though
