No this is not what all the golf carts are like. This is one (acturally runs) located at Osprey Ridge Golf Course for the purpose of taking pictures.

This is great! I'm going to send the picture to my dad who is playing with my dh at the end of the month. He's going to be "concerned" as he's a very "serious" golfer!
