I only starting coming to this site recent, but I noticed all the WISH logos all over the place. Finally took a good look at this section. WOW impressive, especially seeing how much some people have lost. Nice support/encouragement system you have set up, especially all the visual aides for accomplishments/goals.

I would never have put weight loss and Disney together especially since I always come back with a few extra lbs. of untinentional 'souvenirs' from Disney.

if some one be kind of enough to give me the run down (or point me to another thread that explains it) of how things work and how to become a part of the WISH community I would appreciate it.

Welcome to WISH! This is a great place for support! On this board you can post a general question, etc. There are also many clubs on different topics (such as the 150 club, South Beach, etc.). Also, there are different challenges, such as the exercise and 5 lbs. challenge. All clubs that I know of are welcoming of anyone! I am a member of the 150 club where our goal is to get back to 150. However, some of the members have been very successful and are moving to the 140 and 130 club! Also, check out the WISH journals at the top (sub-board). You can start a journal or just read and post to support others. Enjoy!
