Never, ever raw chicken!!
Buy a pkg of skinless, boneless chicken tender pieces or breasts ( the tender pieces are just easier) and a can of chicken broth. But the broth in your pan put the chicken pieces in the broth and cook until meat is white through. If you have breasts cut them BEFORE you put in the broth to speed up cook time. When done. Cool and cut.
