Cookie stroll in evening?

We are planning to do the Epcot cookie stroll in the evening (7 pm or so), have never done the stroll before.

Do they run out of cookies frequently? My concern is that we will go to Epcot and the cookies will be gone for the day. Just thinking of all the times we tried to get a specialty food item in any of the parks and it was like mining for gold.

I can't say for sure but I can share my experience from last year.

I went to Epcot during a weekday and did the cookie stroll (and other snacks) throughout the day/evening. At the VERY end of the evening, we had to almost run to get to the booth that had the completer cookie and they had plenty.
I would imagine if that, for some reason, a cookie was unavailable for the stroll, you could ask a cast member to stamp anyways? Worth a shot. I doubt they will be out though cause it's a little event and cookies aren't horribly hard to make for Disney so they can just roll em out in large batches.
