Cookie Setting Pop-Up On Every Page

What operating system are folks with the problem on? On my Win 10 laptop, no issue. On an older Win 7 laptop, every page with the popup

Mac running Big Sur, the most recent up-to-date version of MacOS.

Tentatively appears to be fixed for me, as of today.

I suppose it could have been fixed 3 days ago for me as well. I've been visiting the site only on the Safari browser which didn't have the problem (for me). I checked other browsers today for the first time in a few days at least.
