since everyone was so helpful with my other psot, i hope you can help me out choose a resort....
reading up on the free dining package, almost all posts say it is the " best bang for you buck" to stay at a value resort.
we LOVE the CR, all of us even my DH. :cool1:
but it is very $$ to put together a quick stay there. The values would be no problem, they seem sooo far away form everything.
how long does it tkae to get back and forth from MK from the allstars? (we are going to focus on MK the 2 1/2 days we would there) are the values really crowed? our CR wing room was so relaxed and quiet - .

anything else you want to share with us to compare ?
ps i should say that even if we stay at a value....we will be eating the Concourse steakhouse and shopping at CR , so i guess even if we did not stay there i could get my CR " fix" :cheer2:

thanks

Tina

You only live once, so pick the place you will most enjoy.

If you go to MK all the time and need to return for naps during the day then stay at a MK resort.

If you are only going to see your hotel room between 11pm and 7am then it won't hurt to save the $$.

From the title of your post, I assumed you wanted somebody to say that the Value resorts are just as good as the Deluxe. In some ways they are, but in some ways not. If those things matter to you and your party, then Deluxe is the way to go.

Well, if you want to save money but still stay somewhere nice and comfortable, you could choose a moderate resort? CSR and CBR are our top picks!
If your heart is set on a deluxe, dont compromise b/c you risk disappointment if you choose a value over deluxe.

It really depends on which parks you like to spend most of your time. Personally, I'd go with a moderate like CSR or POFQ before doing a value.

If you like the MK area but don't HAVE TO be on the monorail, then you could probably get a great rate at WL since it's the least expensive of all the MK area resorts-- especially when you are booking a room-only ressie.
