Is there any way to convert two 1-Day tickets into two 10-Day Park Hoppers before your arrive at Walt Disney World?

Not unless you bought them as part of an UPCOMING WDW Resort Pkg.

FP+ scheduling rules getting in your way? ;)

Yes, the FP+ rules is the issue.

I'd continue to HOLD those one-day tickets and buy all new 10-day tickets for this trip.

If your plans (and budget) allow for another trip AFTER this upcoming vacation, you COULD upgrade your current one-day tickets at WDW during this trip... and be ready to book FP+ for that next visit.

Next year we plan on buying an annual pass. If I were to convert these two 1-day tickets to annual passes for our 2016 trip will they convert them to an annual pass voucher that can be activated when we arrive in 2016? I want to make sure we wouldn't need to activate the annual pass at the time we convert the tickets.

Just ask at the location.

However, if you just upgrade to a 10-day ticket this time, you could book 10 days of FP+ in advance of that next trip, and THEN upgrade the 10-day tickets to AP when you get to WDW on that next trip.

That would also put off a larger budgetary situation to the next trip.
