My hubby and I recently bought a used VW Cabriolet. His Ford F-150 was sucking the gas down and costing us about $425.00 per month. Yikes!!
At current, there is no radio in the dash. My question is: what is a good stereo to put in there so no one will try to rip it off? Is there one you would recommend over others for saftey measures? You know..where the faceplate detaches...etc. I 'm just looking for a simple, 1 CD stereo..nothing that will cost us an arm and a leg.
For the record. our VW is getting 33 miles to the gallon highway...the truck. About 12 mpg.....wow...what a change.
