What one do you always hear about and yet just don't get the hype?

ESPN Club (not that it gets lots of hype, but I just think that it is so atrocious, I can't believe it gets any hype).

I'd have to agree with Le Cellier. I've eaten there twice in the past year and it's one of my least favorite places.

Le Cellier, its good but not the best ever.

Coral Reef, its ok but not something I would want to go to all the time.

Another vote for Le Cellier. Even I get caught up in the hype of trying to get a reservation because it is so hard to get in. And every time I get one and dine there I always walk away thinking "wow that was good, but not as good as I had hoped." Funny, huh.

Don't get me wrong - I like Le Cellier just about as much as any other spot in Epcot. Our last visit was terrific. But it doesn't get the "to die for" accolades from me that so many folks heap on it. Actually, I've never been suicidal over any meal.

I think it's just gotten a certain cachet because it's a hard ADR to score, and that may be as much due to seating capacity as anything.

BOMA - I had looked forward to eating there for the longest time and was sooooo dissapointed, I really just didnt get what all the fuss was about...and zebra domes...YUK!!!

OH - you guys are bumming me out! I love Le Cellier like nobodys business...lol I have to admit though, I had lunch there and it wasn't great, but their dinner menu is amazing! Wow - I can't believe it's in almost every post here I have to say although I love the fish and chips in England (CS) - the fact that you get a poor selection for dessert saddens me...Chips or yucky shortbreads...c'mon, it's Disney!

I'd have to go with Teppen Edo. Even with never going to a hiatchi restuarant before we were disappointed. THen after going to one we were even more disappointed that we wasted a TS credit on it. Even madder that I gave up a 6pm ADR at Le Cellier for a 8:30 ADR there.

Without doubt it has to be Brown Derby at Disney Studios.

The food was fine, if overpriced for what you got.

What really did shock was the staff attitude and fellow patrons. We are a pretty quiet and polite family. But the very sight of entourage had our waitress rolling her eyes and being quite snappy. Overhearing her at the couples table next door she was a nice a pie. The guy at the table was so embarrassed about the situation that he actually complained on our behalf!

Add to this a sense of "get them in and out as quickly as possible" and it was a real disappointment.

For sure, Le Cellier. I really don't get it...not that we haven't had OKAY food and fine service every time....it just ain't ALL THAT.
