Convention ticket price increase?

Hello!
Does anyone know/had experience with convention ticket prices increasing along with regular day tickets? Planned to buy some for our trip in May but wasn’t going to purchase until after New Year.

Generally yes, however it depends on what is negotiated in the convention contract. If you are going to a convention in May that is already on the books and they have offered tickets for participants, normally the price will not increase. I would not wait too long because often the tickets are not an unlimited number and if it's a large group, they could sell out. Then you would buy regular tickets.
