Im seeing alot of contracts as sale pending at alot of different $/points. Do alot of these not have a good chance of passing disneys ROFR at 88/point. If so alot of people who are on the waiting list for BCV are gonna get some points from disney from real soon? Im getting ready to buy and want the BCV if i can get 88/point id be happy as can be but i dont want to wait 3 months then get Refused from Disney. Any suggestions.

at $88 per point resale, you factor in closing costs and any points that might not be available on the current contract ,then it probably is better to go Disney direct if they have any inventory. If they have too many points available for this contract, Disney would probably buy it back.

Disney only has 30 days to make a decision on ROFR. They usually make the decision in the first two weeks.
