Contract Loading?

So, our contract showed up online yesterday...except there aren't any points! I called member services (and offered to hang up and call back to talk to member administration but was assured she could help me) and was told that it would just take more time for the points to show up and to try tomorrow. She said she could see the contract but that there were no points associated with it yet. I checked just now and the contract is there but none of the points have loaded. :confused3 Unfortunately, member admin is closed until Monday...I'd really like to finish booking our January trip!

Hmmm. Is this pretty common for new contract loading? Thanks!

This is pretty typical. I know this happened with our two add-ons, but I don't really remember the amount of time it took. It did not seem like a very long gap -- maybe 2-3 days.
 
This just happened to me. My contract was loaded on Monday, but no points. I called Tuesday to set everything up online, still no points. I called today and asked if this was normal or if something was up. I was told something was up and a manager would call me back. Within 30 minutes I was called and my points were there and I was able to make my reservations.
 
Yep,wait a couple of days and the points will be loaded. I have even had points loaded in my contract during the weekend.

Add more vote to the "Yes" column. We bought an addon contract, and it took 2 days to load after it showed up in our member account. Just hang in there :thumbsup2

Also, thanks no one for calling me out on the "wait til Monday" bit...I thought all day it was Friday. Reality is a wicked step-Mother. :stir: BUT on the bright side I can give member admin a shout tomorrow and hopefully get booked!!! :lmao:

Setting up your account and loading the contracts/points are done by different people.

Right! I already had an account so that shouldn't be an issue. I am awaiting the turning of the hour so those member admin guys will be up for answering the phone and then hopefully on to a quick resolution! :surfweb:

Sorry for the delay!!!

I don't know if we closed officially Friday, the 20th of April, or Monday, the 23rd. Everything was loaded on the deed website by noon on Monday. Our points weren't loaded and active until the afternoon of May 4th.
