So, our contract showed up online yesterday...except there aren't any points! I called member services (and offered to hang up and call back to talk to member administration but was assured she could help me) and was told that it would just take more time for the points to show up and to try tomorrow. She said she could see the contract but that there were no points associated with it yet. I checked just now and the contract is there but none of the points have loaded.
Unfortunately, member admin is closed until Monday...I'd really like to finish booking our January trip!
Hmmm. Is this pretty common for new contract loading? Thanks!

BUT on the bright side I can give member admin a shout tomorrow and hopefully get booked!!!
