Hi

We are getting married 16th October at the wedding pavillion. We are having an intimate wedding. Could anyone tell me when we are likely to get our contract through and does your co-ordinator contact you a certain time before the wedding to discuss things further.

Thanks
Jen

Have you received a planning kit at all? I received one right after I booked last November (our wedding is this November). Have you been contacted by anyone at Disney Fairytale Weddings yet? If not, I would call them back and make sure you speak to someone. The first time I called them, they said someone would call me, and no one did, I ended up having to call back, and my info wasn't even in the system!

Hi

Yeah i have received my planning kit sent it back in May but just wondered when you receive your fianl contract.

Hi Jen!
I have an email from my EM saying that the final invoice for the total cost of the wedding is sent 30 - 45 days before the wedding date.

The final payment is also due 30 days before the wedding.

HTH!

Danjen it's not just you. I'm getting married on the 18th Oct and we've not heard anything either. We sent back the initial planning kit in Feb. Our planner has changed now as Jennifer has moved departments but we were told that it would be a month before we have to sign official contract and pay. I'm going to send a mail in next few weeks though cos Dad wants to take advantage of the exchange rate and pay now.

Hi Button

Your getting married two days after us. Where is your wedding at the Pavillion?

That is a good idea the exchange rate is really good at the moment.

If you dont mind me asking how are you getting your dress to Florida. This is one thing thats been playing on my mind.

We also had Jennifer and she was really helpful i hate that they have changed half way through.

Hope your wedding plans are going well.

Yes the pavillion at 2pm. Was lucky enough to take a trip in March so had a sneek preview. It is beautiful, Pictures do it no justice.
As for dress - Think I'm gonna pack it in a hardcase. The shop I'm getting it from said this would be fine. My only real concern would be if it went missing on route (we have a connection in Boston). My parents are flying out on the Thursday and us on the Saturday...I may see if they will take it that way I have a little extra time for the airline to find it if it goes walkabout. Ideally I'd like to carry on but I don't want to take the chance they won't let me at check-in. Now why didn't I get a nice simple no layers dress???
I'll keep you posted if I hear anything from EM. Happy planning. x
