Does anyone know how these work? They issued them in each persons name, do they have to be used by that person, or can they be used by someone else? ie can I use my moms? Also, can they be combined towards the price of 1 ticket? TIA!

The person to whom they are issued has to use them. They cannot be combined. The rules should be on the voucher, not sure if you have a voucher or not, but, if you do, the rules for use are stated.
