On the day we check out of the resort can we use the pool before we leave the resort area?

Yes absolutely. There are showers and changing rooms in the bathrooms located near the Sand Bar (food kiosk/pool bar). Bell Services will hold your luggage after checkout and I believe there are some small lockers near the pool bathrooms (I think).

Make a plan to pack your wet suits. Ziplock bags or other clothes to sandwich them.
