Contemporary Bay Lake View

I had booked CR Bay lake view but spoke to guest services yesterday and ?nd can we see the water pageant nightly from BLV(was just confirming). I was advised no-you can't see it from that side. Hmmm...I remember watching it from the beach.(?) in 2009(I know that the beach is on BLV side but just confirming that there isn't an obstructed view of the water pageant from the tower).
Anyone have any input on whether or not we will be able to view this from bay lake view side of the tower? I actually switched to MK view but don't think it's worth it since we stayed MK view last time and the parking lot was the most prominent feature. The MK really isn't visible except for the castle, space mountain and the astro orbiter! Yes-can see Wishes but kind of askew and off center.

I don't know why you were told no. I have stayed at CR in a BLV room & we watched the water pageant from our balcony. It was fantastic! The water pageant boats go right by CR on that side (Bay Lake). You can also see the water pageant from the MKV side (Seven Seas Lagoon), but not as close. We have stayed at CR in both views and seen it from our balcony.

We stayed CR BLV this past November and I can confirm you can see the Water Pageant
One of the many reasons we booked the same view for our June Trip. We have stayed MKV before as well but prefer the BLV. We enjoyed many beautiful sunrises and sunsets, looking at the pool, beach and watching the boats.

Ok--got some bad info from an uninformed representative. I thought you could see it as I was able to see it numerous times from the beach. Just thought there might be an obstruction or something and was confirming since I wasn't actually in the tower when viewing!!.

The first rep I got was great though--gave me pixie dust---got dining plan for free!!! (I got no pin this year and mentioned that).

Calling now to change back to BLV.

I have stayed in a Tower room over looking Bay Lake a few times and each time I always saw the Electrical Water Pageant.
