Contacting a CM?

Whenever I call the main telephone number to ask some questions, all I get is a computer generated series of questions to do a reservation. I do not want to make a reservation yet, just want to ask some questions - does anyone have a phone number to call without getting the main reservation line #?

We have free long distance and so the number I usually call is 1-407-WDISNEY. There is however a toll free number available (1-877-939-3732) Works the same.

It normally starts asking if you're interested in florida or california resort. . .and then to punch in your phone number and then if your booking a package or other (i always punch 2 for other) and then it'll connect you to a CM.
