Contact information for POR - to request a room location

does anyone know of an email address that i can request a certain room/area of the POR resort? or am i best to wait until we arrive and request the room on check-in. Also i want to request a late check-out as we will be travelling with a baby, do i do this before we travel or just ask when we get there?

The way to make request is to fax, Port Orleans French Port Orleans Riverside a few days before you ar due to check in. (407)934-5777,

There is no point in phoning as all calls to resort actually go to a central call centre and chances are the resort won't even get your request.

You could also try getting request added to your reservation by calling who you booked with.
