Contact from concierge?

We are staying at both AKL and Poly concierge on our upcoming trip in June/July. Its about 7 weeks away. I haven't been contacted by either resort yet. I can't remember the time frame they usually do this, but I thought it was about 2 months out. Maybe I am just anxious to hear from them. I don't really have many special needs or priority sitting ressies, just a couple of room requests. Anyone know their current contact time frame? I usually get some kind of planner in the mail and the AKL has always called. I haven't been called by Poly concierge before, do they ever call?

Give them a call. I was contacted by the Poly. a while ago, and when we were at AKL they contacted us in about the same time frame.

Get your requests in for piece of mind.

I upgraded to the concierge at AKL about a week ago, and on Tuesday April 29th I received an information pack from them about the resort and the services they offer.

We will be at the Poly concierge July 4 for four nights, and I recieved a letter from them about 2 months ago. I just last week filled it out and sent it to them.

I've been e-mailing akl concierge since just about the day we booked with questions. They have been great.....responding within a day.

Looks like several of us will be at the Poly for the 4th!
I am really looking forward to this. We have never been at WDW for July 4th before.
