Cont. 14th floor vs BWI deluxe concierge

We've stayed at the BWI deluxe concierge and really enjoyed the larger room and the concierge staff was very helpful. Lately there has been a lot posted about the contemporary 14th floor and I was wondering if we should try this instead for our next trip. How large are the rooms?? What makes this concierge soo much better?
