Construction walls in the hub?

it'll be awhile yet. Disney hasn't given any dates or even tentative dates though.

Does anyone have any pics of the construction in the Hub area? I was looking at some aerial shots from Dec., and it was all off to the sides, but I had read that in January, the construction was moving more into the center of the hub.

I made a before opening ADR for CP as a surprise for my mom becuase she loves to take pics. This was before I realized the construction was going on. Now, I'm debating if I should cancel it if all her pics are going to be of construction walls. As long as she can still take some nice ones in front of the castle, I think I'll keep it. I'm just not sure how torn up the area right beside and in front of the castle is going to be.

The walls are closer to the top of Main Street at not in front of the castle, a few weeks ago we got usual great pics from many different angles of the castle with no walls showing. I not believe the current construction in the hub which involves the moat. Some visitors feel the entire park should always be protected from any construction and see any such activity as somehow degrading the views even though it is pretty easy to shoot around them.

It looks like the current work will be finished around March/April. Only guessing however, based on progress.

Then they will move onto the next phase I believe, which should be less obstructive. Less in-your-face hoarding walls.
