Construction status - 417 at the airport?

I know that there's been a big interchange under construction at the 417 exit to the airport (Boggy Creek Rd, exit 17) that includes at least one, maybe two "flyovers". What's the status of that project? It was pretty far along when I was there three months ago, but maybe not far enough that it would be open by now.

I presume a few of us have been through there recently.

I flew home today, it was a huge mess. What are they building besides the exit?
