construction &/or I-75 info

any info or construction stuff on I-75 from Atlanta on south? just trying to prepare. thinking of driving at night in a few weeks.

We just came back that way on Monday. There was some construction but nothing really causing tie-ups.

I don't know if it will affect you, Mikewdw, but there is currently ongoing construction IN Atlanta on various stretches of I285. It is always scheduled on weekends. It can always change, as it did today due to the weather forecast. You can check online at 511ga.org, and there is an Apple app Georgia 511. Those should help to keep you informed not only about construction but also about accidents.

The only area of construction we saw in April was the 20 mile or so stretch from south of Macon to just north of Cordele. If you have driven this stretch in the past 5-10 years or so, you know the construction is there and it looks the same as it did in 2008.
