Construction at GF/ trip in 7 days

Hi all,
We are leaving for Disney next weds, and we booked a theme park view/RPC room at the GF. The construction looks like it is right there, am I correct? I can't get anyone on the phone right now, since their system is down and I am stressing. I have been to Disney upward of 15 times, and this is the first time I am not that happy about it. Between Fantasy Land still being closed, some other rides that are my kids fans closed, and now this potential construction, I am frustrated. sigh,

Hello!

If you have a TPV at GF then you should be fine. The construction is more over by the Wedding Pavilion and you will see this from the pool area and from Standard View RPC rooms. The construction is not new, has been there, and will be there for the next year and a half or so until the new DVC resort is built.

As for the MK. Fantasyland is not closed. The Fantasyland expansion is not yet open, but you will find under rehabs that you may only miss Dumbo and Thunder Mountain. The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor looks like it's closed as well.

It is the DVC building construction between GF and the Wedding Pavilion. It does not impact the MK side; it is on the other side.

Also Fantasyland is NOT closed; Mickey's Toontown Fair closed to make way for the new Fantasyland expansion.
