Construction at DTD

Can someone direct me to a place to read about what's going in there and the timing?

We have reservations 1/20 for WPC-The Dining Room, which I'm thinking of canceling because I just learned that it's not even associated with WP. I don't see availability at House of Blues, and the only other place that interests me, Raglan Road, might be a hard sell to DH. Although I'd like to do Characters in Flight, I'm wondering whether it's really worth it with all the construction over there. We'd be leaving HS after a 4 p.m. close. Alternatives are Boardwalk (although being from NJ that doesn't have any novelty for us) or just hanging out at our resort (GF).

What do you mean that the Dining Room isn't associated with Wolfgang Puck? It's listed on his website. Also, House of Blues for some reason isn't taking ADRs until 2 weeks prior to the date you want. Someone on the dining board called the restaurant directly after experiencing the same "no availability" that you did.

My understanding is that it's run by the Levy Restaurant Group (which, I might add, does not have someone knowledgeable responding to e-mails because she can't tell me if The Dining Room offers the Disney Visa disount, the AP discount or the TIW discount).

But good to know about House of Blues issue. I did get Raglan so I'll make a note to maybe replace it at 2 weeks.
