Construction at any Disney resort

Thought it would be nice to have a thread that addresses all the construction/updates etc that are going on right now.

The ones I know of are:
POR - lobby update and refurbs of Aligator Bayou rooms
Grand Floridian - DVC adding (I think that's correct)
Wilderness Lodge - updating construction?
AoA - new resort lots of construction

Anyone else have anything, please feel free to add, that way people just have to come to one thread to see all the construction listed and they know what is going on. (if you have dates of the construction, that would help so people know how current it is)

From what I can tell this site does not list the minor renovations, etc. And it also says this:

NOTE: Our listing is for those refurbishments that will have an impact on the majority of guests. When it comes to changing out rooms, this is fairly routine as Disney is always monitoring their resorts. Unless it's a full scale remodel, it's considered standard maintenance and is not included in the refurb/rehab schedule.

Figured it would be nice to have a thread that listed the even the minor "standard Maintenance" as they say as well as the major ones so people could see what's going on.

I didn't know that they were refurbing WL till I read it somewhere else on this board, the same with POR redoing the check in area. It may be minor to some, but some people might consider it major and want to know what's going on before they get there.

There is another website that I frequent that lists every single building permit that Disney takes out; since I am a construction manager, I was very interested in it.

I agree, if every single solitary refurbs was published, it would just give people more angst, only to find out you wouldn't have even known it was going on since it is behind the scenes.

Disney is doing refurbishment work every single day of the year, most of it doesn't even effect your stay.
